Controlled dismounting instead of improvisation

Mechanical and hydraulic pullers in two- or three-arm configurations provide safe, controlled dismounting of bearings, pulleys and gears from shafts. Self-centring mechanisms combined with high-grade alloy steel distribute the forces optimally, preventing damage to contact surfaces and deformation of components under high loads.

For specific applications inside housings, internal pullers allow precise extraction. The most demanding maintenance work in heavy industry calls for hydraulic sets with integrated safety valves, while separator plates give access to components in confined spaces.

Safe pulling with controlled force

A hydraulic puller applies force gradually through a hand pump, so it can be monitored throughout. The integrated safety valve limits the maximum pressure and prevents the sudden release of energy that is the most common cause of damage and accidents with conventional screw pullers.

Under load, the self-centring arms align themselves around the component and the force acts axially on the shaft. The bearing therefore leaves its seat without the transverse forces that would damage the shaft seat or the rolling elements.
