Machined seals

Our own seal production is based on modern CNC turning technology, which allows the manufacture of sealing elements tailored to the specific requirements of the customer. We are proud to have an official license for Freudenberg Xpress, which enables us to produce seals from original materials of the highest quality from the world-renowned manufacturer Freudenberg Sealing Technologies.

This process allows us to produce all types of seals (piston, piston rods, replicas, guides, O-rings) without tool costs, which is ideal for prototype production, small series, or urgent maintenance work. By using original Freudenberg semi-finished products, we ensure maximum reliability and long service life of seals produced up to a diameter of 495 mm in exceptionally short time frames.

Available materials:

• PU (Freudenberg polyurethane): Leading materials on the market (e.g., AU 30000) with exceptional resistance to pressure and wear.

• NBR: Original mixtures for mineral oils and standard hydraulics.

• FKM (Viton): Superior thermal and chemical resistance for demanding conditions.

• VMQ (Silicone): Ideal for extreme temperatures and the food and pharmaceutical industry.

• EPDM: Resistance to hot water, steam, and cleaning agents.

• PTFE (Teflon): Original Freudenberg PTFE compounds for the lowest friction and chemical inertness.

• POM/PA: Hard materials for precision guiding and supporting elements.
