Guide Bushings

Guide rings are essential elements in hydraulic systems, designed for precise linear guidance of the piston and cylinder and for taking on transverse (radial) loads. Their main function is to prevent direct contact between the metal surfaces of the sliding parts, which prevents mechanical wear and damage to the pipe or cylinder piston. They are made from materials with a low coefficient of friction and high compressive strength, such as filled PTFE, polyamide (PA), or phenolic resins with fabric. Due to their design, they allow for even pressure distribution, reduce vibrations, and ensure a longer service life of the sealing system.
