Linear Guides with Rolling Wheels

Systems with guide and running wheels are based on the rolling of wheels with integrated bearings along specialized tracks. Unlike profile ball guides, these systems are less sensitive to dirt, as the wheels can more easily overcome dust and dirt due to their larger diameter, while also allowing for exceptionally quiet and smooth operation at very high speeds. The system typically consists of aluminum or steel profile guides with inserted hardened running surfaces and trolleys with wheels that can be eccentric (for adjusting clearance and preload) or concentric.
