Leaf Chains
Leaf chains are specifically designed for use in systems for lifting loads and transferring large tensile forces, where there is no need for toothed transmission. Unlike roller chains, they do not have pins and rollers, but are composed of a series of tightly stacked steel leaves connected by bolts, allowing for an extremely high tensile force with a relatively small cross-section. Due to their high tensile strength and reliability, they are indispensable as load-bearing elements in forklifts, lifts, counterweights, and other lifting devices. They are manufactured according to ISO 4347 standards (series LL, AL, LH/BL), and their processing includes precise hardening of the bolts and leaves, ensuring minimal elongation and a long service life under constant high load.
