Linear and Curved Bearings
Rolling Bearings for High Linear Loads
Rolling bearings are robust bearing units with a thick-walled outer ring, designed for rolling on all types of rails and guides. Their geometry allows for the transmission of extreme point and linear loads, while the convex (bulged) shape of the rolling surface prevents edge stresses in inclined positions. They are available in designs with ball, roller, or needle rolling elements, allowing for optimization based on the required load capacity and rotation speed.
Cylindrical Bearings with Integrated Pin
Cylindrical bearings differ from standard rolling units by having an integrated solid mounting pin that replaces the inner ring and facilitates mounting on machine parts. The pin is equipped with a thread and lubrication groove, allowing for direct attachment to the housing bore without additional shafts. These bearings are crucial in steering mechanisms, transport systems, and linear guiding devices, where they provide a high degree of accuracy, low friction, and long-lasting wear resistance in demanding industrial conditions.
