Bearing Pullers
High-precision bearing attachment with conical opening Withdrawal sleeves (type AH) are designed for mounting bearings with a conical bore onto cylindrical seats of stepped shafts. The sleeve is pushed into the bearing bore until the specified radial internal air gap or required tight fit is achieved. They are made of high-quality steel with high tensile strength, ensuring stable fixation of the bearing even at high speeds and shock loads, while also allowing precise axial positioning on the shaft.
Easy disassembly and maintenance of drive assemblies The main advantage of withdrawal sleeves is the simplified disassembly process, as the sleeve is easily pushed out of the bearing seat using a nut. Larger dimensions of sleeves are equipped with oil channels and grooves for hydraulic methods, which, by injecting oil under high pressure, drastically reduce the friction force between contact surfaces. Such a system minimizes the risk of damage to the shaft and bearing, reduces maintenance downtime, and allows for multiple reuse of components without loss of technical properties.
