Can you briefly tell us about yourself and what you enjoy doing outside of work?

I am a graduated engineer. I come to the company with experience in technical sales, as well as experience from my position as maintenance manager in a factory, so I am proud to have had the opportunity to experience both sides of this work. In my free time, I enjoy spending time in nature with family and friends, and I also love skiing.

How would you describe your role and main responsibilities in the company?

My role as a regional sales representative involves taking care of the market development in Serbia, North Macedonia, and Montenegro. My main responsibility is to convey the vision of the company Tinex & Bell and contribute to its development into a leading industrial partner in this region.

What motivates you the most in your work?

I am motivated by the opportunity to leave my mark on the development of the company Tinex & Bell in this market, as well as the great potential for growth and the realization of the principles we represent as part of the Axel Johnson International group.

If I had to choose one value that guides me in my work, what would it be?

Honesty is, in my opinion, the most important value. Partners eventually recognize it, and on it, we build trust, loyal customers, and long-term partnerships.

What do you think companies in your field need the most today?

I believe that the industry needs a partner who prioritizes long-term collaboration and daily support over one-time sales. These are the values on which Tinex & Bell and Axel Johnson International are based.

What do you think sets you apart from other professionals in the field?

Perhaps my clients could answer this question more objectively, but I believe that my experience and education as a graduated engineer significantly contribute primarily in the area of directly addressing technical challenges and providing long-term support to partners.
