Schaeffler OPTIME is a modern ecosystem for condition monitoring, smart lubrication and electrical condition monitoring, designed to digitalise maintenance in industrial plants. Condition Monitoring
The OPTIME 3, OPTIME 5 and OPTIME 5 Ex wireless sensors monitor machine vibration and temperature, enabling early detection of bearing damage, imbalance, misalignment and other mechanical irregularities.
The sensors are quick to install, connect automatically into a self-healing mesh network and forward their data to the cloud platform via the OPTIME Gateway.
Smart Lubrication
The OPTIME C1 and OPTIME C4 smart lubrication systems provide automatic lubrication and continuous monitoring of lubrication points. Lubrication data appears on the same platform as vibration data, giving a complete overview of equipment condition.

Electrical Condition Monitoring
The FAG OPTIME E-CM system monitors the electrical condition of three-phase electric motors through current and voltage analysis, detecting faults such as damage to windings, insulation, the rotor and supply conductors, along with other electrical irregularities that vibration diagnostics often misses.

Results are available in the OPTIME app and the web dashboard, which offer trend overviews, multi-level alarming and effective maintenance planning. The system scales quickly to several hundred machines without changes to the existing IT/OT infrastructure.
