IMA Advanced – advanced online diagnostics
IMA Advanced is designed for critical equipment that requires in-depth diagnostics and precise root-cause analysis. The system uses high-performance wired sensors and monitors vibration, temperature, rotational speed and other process parameters at a high data acquisition rate.
Advanced diagnostic algorithms reliably detect bearing damage, imbalance, misalignment, mechanical looseness and other faults, even at very low rotational speeds. The system is intended for critical machines where the highest diagnostic accuracy is required.
The IMAnalytics platform
Both solutions use a shared web platform for monitoring machine condition in real time. Artificial intelligence algorithms analyse vibration, temperature and other operating data, automatically identify deviations and alert the user in good time to developing faults.
